How to duplicate pages in a PDF (copies, dividers, forms)
Sometimes you need the same page several times: a form to fill in for each family member, a blank notes page after every slide, or a divider before each section. Duplicate PDF pages makes copies without printing or scanning.
Steps
- Add your PDF.
- Choose Pages to duplicate (default
1), Extra copies of each page (default 1) and Place copies (after each page, or at the end). - Download the new PDF.
Examples
- One form page, 4 copies needed: pages
1, extra copies3. - A blank page after every slide: duplicate your blank template page, place copies after, or build the layout in Organize PDF.
- A cover page repeated for several sections: choose “at the end” and then reorder the pages visually.
Tips
- “Extra copies” means additional ones; the original stays, so 1 extra copy gives 2 pages total.
- File size grows, but repeated pages share resources, so it usually grows less than you would expect.
- Page range syntax is in the cheat sheet.
